AC family of accelerators has been engineered to provide faster cure speeds, shorten fixture times, cure exposed adhesive, and increase gap filling ability. It allows for fast uniform curing throughout the entire bond area. It is a single component material and is easily adapted to any application. It is ideal for use on porous surfaces, acidic surfaces, low humidity conditions, wire tacking, speaker assembly, wood, etc. It is a good choice for application where maximum gap filling is required. With gap filling capabilities up to 0.20 inches. AC accelerators are applied by brushing or spraying. In every case consult/review the SDS prior to use.
The Poly Prime products have been developed to use on difficult to bond materials and low surface energy parts. Used for polyethylene, polypropylene, sanaprene, and other difficult to bond surfaces. It is a single component ready to use material. It is easily applied by brushing, spraying, or dipping. In every case consult/review the SDS prior to use.
AR adhesive remover is formulated to remove cured adhesives from workstations, counter tops, floors, assembly tools, production parts, and dispensing systems. It is ready for use right from the bottle.
Apply AR adhesive remover to the area where adhesive needs to be removed, wait approximately one minute, and with a damp cloth remove the unwanted adhesive. If some residue remains simply repeat this step again. Discard cloth after use. In every case consult/review the SDS prior to use.
